ADULT GI FUNDAMENTALS

If you’re brand new, it’s normal to feel unsure walking in. The good news is we don’t throw beginners into the deep end. But we also don’t water things down. You’ll train alongside others who are typically within their first 0–2 years of experience, in an environment designed to challenge you at the right level.

Each class is structured to help you build a foundation from the ground up.

From the beginning, we focus on helping you learn how to move your own body with control—because if you can’t control yourself, you won’t be able to control someone else.

Our warm-ups and foundational movements aren’t just there to break a sweat. They’re designed to develop coordination, balance, and awareness so you can actually apply what you’re learning in a live situation.

Each class we teach directly out of our Gi Fundamentals Curriculum—a structured system designed to take you from a true beginner to someone who is ready to test for their blue belt. This isn’t random technique of the day. It’s a clear progression.

We cycle through this curriculum three times per year, which means you’ll revisit the material, refine it, and build real understanding over time. Because real confidence doesn’t come from seeing something once, it comes from doing it enough times that it holds up under pressure.

This program is for adults who want more than just a workout.

It’s for people who want to build real skill, develop consistency, and learn how to stay composed when things get difficult.

You don’t need experience. But you do need to be willing to try, stay consistent, and be coached. Because this isn’t for someone looking for something easy. It’s for someone ready to build a foundation that lasts and be guided, challenged, and developed from day one.
